Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and the product. Some items may ship from overseas fulfillment centers which can affect delivery windows. If your order contains multiple items they may arrive in separate packages.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on every order, no minimum required.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us and we will investigate.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will make it right.
